Not necessarily, most of our regular clients give us a key or door code. We have a strict key-holding policy and all cleaners are DBS-checked and insured. If you'd prefer to be home for the first clean, that's absolutely fine too.

Wherever possible, yes. We believe consistency makes a better clean as your cleaner gets to know your home and your preferences. In cases of illness or holiday, we'll always arrange a fully briefed replacement.

We use Method, Ecover, Minimal and other biodegradable products. We bring everything we need (expect for a vacuum cleaner) you don't need to provide any products. We can also provide a cleaning kit specificially for your home.

Yes. Cleaning Mate holds full public liability insurance (£5m) and employer liability insurance. Every clean is covered from the moment our team enters your home.
